Reviewing the G-360 Review

1 comment:

  1. Hi Rheadon, thank you for your post! I really appreciate that you chose to post a video rather than a written blog.

Your reflection on the G360 was really thoughtful. Recognizing the G360 as a tool to give honest and critical feedback is crucial for improvement. From your post, I think you have an understanding of how important this type of feedback is on both a personal and team level.

I would encourage you to think more in depth about what your results mean. Instead of taking the "they were just nice to me" approach, think about what lower rankings from yourself and higher rankings from your teammates might mean. Can you think of specific times throughout your challenge that you can immediately recognize as areas for improvement? What are the core skills you can employ to help make these team projects more effective?

Moving forward, I would encourage you to include giving and receiving feedback in perception of leadership. Now that you understand the purpose and importance of "raw" and honest feedback, take the initiative to make giving/receiving feedback a culture and expectation within your group.

    Have a great week, Rheadon!
